Kasey believes that true wellness extends beyond the body, encompassing the profound connection between mind, body and spirit. And that in order to obtain harmony and balance, practice must be regular, intuitive, and technically informed.
Kasey's classes are practical, attentive, and easily adapted to suit the needs of the individual whilst also providing participants with the environment of a group class.
